Candidate needed to work in a medium sized company based in Watford. You will be responsible for taking in-coming calls from customers who are wanting to place orders. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to take down their orders correctly. These orders will then be passed onto the warehouse who will dispatch them. You will also be responsible for any customer queries regarding their orders and be able to deal with any customer complaints. The ideal person would have gained similar experience. This is a temporary role so you need to be available ASAP. For the right person this role could go perm.
