Sales Account Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an individual who is seeking a varied role combining administration and customer services duties.

Job Role:

Reporting to the Account Manager, you be responsible for providing support in maintaining and developing existing client relationships.  Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Producing and progressing sales orders of vehicles, generating and issuing contracts, arranging deliveries/collections and allocations where necessary.
• To handle and solve client and driver queries.
• To manage customer invoicing and recharging where necessary.
• To generate orders to external suppliers and to produce client reports within designated time-scales. 
• To work in accordance with quality and environmental processes and procedures in compliance with business. 

Personal Attributes:

• Would suit an individual with demonstrable skill gained in Sales Administration or Account Management.
• Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills ideally gained within in a customer focused environment.
• Requires the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure to achieve deadlines.
• To possess good working knowledge of MS Office systems.
• A full clean driving licence is essential.
