Account Manager Sales Executive Channel Team (property and land services)
£27,000 Basic + £20,000 commission + £5,000 car allowance + Benefits

They seek a strong dedicated individual with drive, able to create an effective sales plan to maximise sales generation with channel partners working with these accounts in total partnership through sales best practices, training and support . You will develop a detailed understanding of the property market and the evolving conveyancing process in order to innovate and create business development opportunities You will establish whether new products and services are commercially viable ensuring your channel partners are best placed against competition You will also attend and present at CPD seminars, exhibitions and conferences. With experience of account and business development you will be able to professionally and persuasively communicate at all levels, building a rapport with a diverse range of clients and building firm relationships with your accounts. You will need to be highly motivated and sincere with strong organisational skills and be PC literate.
