Russian VIP Poker Account Manager

RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Russian VIP Poker Account Manager to provide technical and customer support to our Russian VIP/MVP members and increase members loyalty and retention.

Job Summary

To provide email, phone and Live Chat support for all VIP/MVP members of our poker brand.
To assist Team Leaders and Managers with reports/projects as needed.
To assist with complex member issues and deal with problems with all applications.
Ensure VIP support issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to a high standard
Ensure VIP’s are fully informed of current poker promotions and provide these details to the rest of the VIP department to ensure complete awareness of all current campaigns.
Provide Ideas & recommendations for poker promotions and execute approved content through to completion.
Provide recommendations for hospitality events and organise events when needed and attend events where required.
Monitor VIP upgrades and ensure data is in line with company policies and maintain all records are kept current.

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent poker knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
High level of Customer service experience & knowledge required

Salary circa 19k based on experience with an excellent relocation package and private healthcare.
