Our client, one of the leading firms of national property consultancy professionals, is seeking a rural surveyor to join their rural department based in Winchester.

Their office in Winchester started in Land Agency in 1847 and has built up a long standing portfolio of clients.

They now act for many of the major landowners and farmers in the area, mainly Hampshire, Berkshire and the Isle of Wight and a number of the institutions. The office also provides rural professional advice and valuations and acts for both landlords and tenants.

They are seeking a surveyor who is recently graduated or has up to three years experience to assist in the management of rural estates.

The work covers residential, commercial and rural properties and typically would include all the services from planning through construction to letting and management.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable in a rural environment.
