Are you active in the online community, collaborating through blogs, GITs and sharing repositories?
Are you interested in spending some time in Australia either on temp/contract basis or full time?

? Automated Testing Frameworks - JUnit, RSpec, Cucumber, JBehave and Selenium
? Source Control Systems - Git, SVN
? Active in online community, sharing, blogging and evolving
? Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
