RTA LITIGATOR - ESSEX
Our client is a specialist Civil Litigation/Personal Injury practice based in Essex. They promise to manage clients` claims professionally and efficiently and always communicate in a jargon-free manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA Litigator to join this thriving and growing firm in Essex. The successful candidate will have strong experience in litigating dropped portal cases. Additional experience in EL/PL/OL matters would be advantageous.
You must have a minimum of 24 months experience in Personal Injury Litigation with particular expertise in RTA matters.
You will have a proven track record of successful negotiations.
You must have excellent communication skills across all levels.
You must be a team player.
Good experience of EL/PL/OL claims would be desirable.
You must be IT literate with excellent drafting skills.
