A Vacancy has arisen for an experienced Room Leader to run a Pre School room in a lovely nursery in Basingstoke.
As a Room Leader you will be required to ensure the room is effectively managed, managing the other practitioners within your room and where necessary guiding them on planning to encourage children's development.
As you will be based in the Pre-school you will play an integral part in preparing the children for school and making the transition that much smoother.

- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
- To ensure the children in your room are as prepared as possible for their transition into school
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children
- Working knowledge of the EYFS
