Job Description
Reed Social Care are currently recruiting a RMN to work for a national client based in Caerphilly.
You will be working as part of a team of RMN’s to provide and maintain professional standards.
You will need to take responsibility for the day to day implementation of the care tasks appertaining to the holistic needs of the EMI residents in the home.
Person Specification
The ideally applicant will be
* RMN Qualified
* Have recent relevant experience Care for the elderly
* Be a good team member, empathetic, caring
* Good Understanding of the needs of EMI residents
* Self motivated, organised, caring and flexible
* Ability to work without supervision
This role is subjected to an enhanced disclosure undertaken by the criminal records bureau.
