Job Description
RMN qualified nurse required for permanent Clinical Manager post.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day nursing care and staff for this care facility.
Duties to include:
* providing high standards of nursing care
* ensuring the well being of residents
* liaising with GPs, social workers, families and other third parties
* staff management - appraisals, training, etc
* other duties as required
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person to assist with acheiving dual registration for this care home.
Person Specification
To be considered for this post, you must:
* be RMN qualified or equivalent
* hold the RMA, NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* have previous experience at either Deputy or Manager level
* have a valid NMC Pin
* have the right to work in the UK
