Big Bear Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a leading care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) they will also accept newly qualifieds for their Care Home Nr Swansea

The successful registered nurse (RGN/RMN) will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Responsibilities:

* Maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with CQC and NMC
* Be willing to take ownership for the delivery of quality care.
* Lead and support a varied nurse and carer team in delivering excellent standards of care.
* Be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals and families

Skills Required:

* To apply for this position you must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin Number.
* Experience of working in the healthcare sector, be motivated and believe in quality care.
* All applicants must have experience at working within a Care/ Nursing Home.
* Ability to write and implement a detailed, person centered care plan
* Medication Administration
* Dementia experience
