RGN/RMN Home Manager - Elderly Care

My client is currently seeking an experienced home manager for their specialist nursing home based in North London

The state of the art home is well established and specialises in broad care base including elderly care, dementia care and physical disabilities.

Duties within the role include day to day management of the home, business and marketing management, staff management/supervision, home budgets, recruitment/appraisals and discipline issues.

Other duties include liaising with families and other health care professional, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered too and ensuring the highest standards of care at all times.

There is a superb support network within the organisation as well as an experienced deputy manager within the home and stable, loyal care team. 

For this exciting and rewarding role you must be RGN or RMN qualified, experience in caring for the elderly and dementia care and hold the current NVQ Level 4 or RMA or Leadership and Management Award or be willing to work towards
