This may also suit a Manager who is currently working part time in another home/or a consultant who can work twice a month to troubleshoot.

about you:
2 years experience as a Nursing Home Manager of an elderly care home.
RGN qualification with NVQ 4 / RMA or equivalent management qualification.
Experienced with medication, care plans with very strong leadership and communication skills.
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
