RF and Embedded Software Engineer - Farnborough, Hampshire

We require Software Engineers with RF and embedded software development skills for a growing and successful company based in Farnborough Hampshire (relocation package available) not far from Bracknell and Guildford.

We seek a range of abilities from 2 to 3 years experience to 7+ years experience. A detailed job specification is available and below are a list of key skills required.

(Please note all skills are welcome or majority of skills)

1) Familiarity with ARM architecture, ARM assembly, emulators and JTAG.

2) Embedded system software development and integration on telecommunications devices.

3) Experience with embedded build systems including compiling, linking, loading, and executing firmware images.

4) Radio Frequency device knowledge, both Receiver and Transmitter chains.

Highly desirable skills..

Experience with RF test equipment measurements for power, spectrum, and waveform quality in at least one cellular standard.

Experience with development of Layer 1 or RF Driver software using the C programming language, for at least one of the following technologies: CDMA2000, WCDMA, HSPA, GSM/EDGE, and LTE.
