Reward Business Partner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward professional to join our forward thinking and evolving HR team. You will define, develop and execute effective reward solutions and policies to promote talent attraction, enhance employee engagement and drive high performance within the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive advice and support to the business on both operational and strategic reward issues.
- Identifying recommendations for improvements on existing and emerging reward initiatives
- Competitor analysis, including salary benchmarking and benefit surveys
- Reviewing the annual bonus scheme and implementing new incentives
- Pension scheme management including the challenges of the new Pension legislation
- Managing the company Healthcare scheme
- Managing the update of the integrated HR and payroll system
- Pro-actively developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally, sharing market knowledge and best practice policies.
- Completion of adhoc meaningful MI reporting and analysis
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a similar role. You will be analytical with meticulous attention to detail. We are seeking an excellent communicator, who can quickly build strong rapport with business leaders.
