This is a urgent temporary vacancy.
Be readily available to answer the phone to our customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Attempt to retain customers using relevant toolsets available and achieve targets set
Apply credits to customer accounts where applicable
Complete courtesy call backs where required.
Log calls on systems and update as required.
Transport is essential due to location.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours working any hours between 7am - 11pm Monday to Sunday
