Retail Regional Manager

Lakeland is committed to developing and growing its retail business. There are three retail regions - North, Midlands and South. Due to continued growth in the business, a fourth region in the South West has been created. The South West region covers Cornwall and South Wales to the west - and as far east as Bournemouth and Reading. You will work with the General Manager Retail and store management to implement and drive commercial performance, business improvement initiatives and colleague development. You will be responsible for reinforcing the company’s unique culture by providing supportive management and communication and ensuring the delivery of consistent and high quality marketing and merchandising initiatives and programmes.

The requirement is for a talented and ambitious manager who combines a proven record of managing performance improvements in a multi-site retail environment with excellent team management skills. You must be at home in an open, challenging and performance driven culture and possess first-class communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have a collaborative approach and possess a full driving licence.
