Job Description

As a Retail Operation Manager, you will need to supervise all aspects of operational processes, store environment maintenance, store openings, manage systems, store supplies & packaging supply chain management and ensure local support on after-sale service function. You will have to manage budget, includes all AOP planning and bottom up analysis.

This position works in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure that retail sales can be conducted in an optimum manner. This position supervises both HK & Macau.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Intranet, as well as user experience (non-technical) with point of sale software and hardware.
• Background with store maintenance is a must.
• Clear, effective communication in both written and verbal forms. Work will be completed in both team and individual settings.
• Professional maturity and ease with all levels of company management.
• Problem solving and decision making skills with the analytical ability and courage to make judgment calls, which will support the field but may differ from status quo.
• Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors, teamwork, and analysis/decision making skills.
• A great deal of adaptability and flexibility and identifying obstacles during a time of change and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of management experience at the store and corporate level. Background with store maintenance is a must. Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors, teamwork, and analysis/decision making skills are also important. Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese are preferable.
