Job Description
Your role will oversee and manage around 8-10 retail stores in South China and lead the team to group’s objectives and sales targets. You will be responsible for people management, retail operations, retail trainings, inventory control and ensure the highest level of service to customers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be degree and good command of English and Chinese. Candidates must have minimum 6 years experience in retailing, preferable in luxury retail, in which at least 2 years in managerial positions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and with hands-on operational experience and strong fashion sense, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
