A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager working for one of the UK's fastest growing private companies, as recognised by the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.  Joining one of the UK's largest online retailers of furniture you will get the chance to become part of the huge success!

As Retail Manager of this brand new showroom you will create a positive environment for your staff and customers alike, displaying a knowledge and passion for the products that will emit confidence in the brand.  You will have previous experience as a successful retail manager and be able to demonstrate your past achievements in previous roles as well as being able to excel in a fast-paced and high profile store, and as a natural leader you will enjoy coaching and developing your staff to ensure that your store continues to improve and exceed targets.  You will be able to demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills to confidently respond to any customer complaints and comments in a positive and professional manner.  As well as this you will demonstrate a desire to offer customers a truly satisfying retail experience and have a good level of computer literacy.

You will be flexible with regards to working hours as it is likely that you will work 6 in 7 weeks with week days off in lieu (40hr working week in total).

This truly is a one off opportunity with a fantastic basic salary of £30k plus a very competitive bonus meaning the likely OTE will be £55k!  As well as this you will be working for an outstanding, professional company and be able to really have an impact with it being a brand new showroom and really progress your career….
