Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Retail Leasing Manager, you will handle the overall leasing and marketing functions of their existing retail portfolio in Hong Kong. You will need to prepare marketing strategies and analysis on trade mix and tenant mix to the management. This position requires you to lead a dynamic team to work on lease negotiation, exploring new tenants and tenancy administration as well as to implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives and plans.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you are required to have a Bachelor degree in Real Estates or related discipline. You must have at least 10 years of experience in leasing properties with strong market sense and self-motivated. Registered surveyor from recognized organization is preferred. Possess good business acumen, analytical skills, with a sound knowledge of the property market is required. Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese is a must.
