Our client is a highly profitable and expanding retail garden centre business. They have a number of sites around the UK, and are currently recruiting for three supervisors for a garden centre they own in Cheshire.
As a company they like to promote from within, and also like to give their managers and supervisors the opportunity to make their own decisions rather than just work to a planogram / head office instruction.

Candidates with experience running furniture, outdoor / indoor living or customer services areas of a large out of town unit will be of particular interest.
