Our client based in Windermere is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor. The successful applicant will have relevant experience, preferably in a red star environment (or similar).
They will also need strong food, wine and service knowledge, be of smart appearance and have a high standard of English. Strong leadership qualities, and motivational, with the ability to train and develop the team.
There is a 60 cover, 2 Rosette restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea, as well as bar service. They also cater for exclusive use weddings, and small parties. Knowledge of this kind of service is essential.
