Restaurant Manager, up to 5k bonus, 5 Star

We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for this fantastic 5 star hotel in Belfast. This award winning hotel is an independent operation is very well established with an excellent reputation. The restaurant operation is a formal, fine dining venue, with modern menu showcasing the best in local produce. The restaurant service includes breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a very popular afternoon tea service. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Job Description As Restaurant Manager your responsibilities will include: * day to day operational management of the 80 cover restaurant * ensuring delivery of 5 star service standards at all times * full team management and development * driving restaurant sales and maintaining profitability * managing operating budgets * Duty Management Required Experience We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with the following background and attributes: * at least 2 years restaurant management experience * at least 1 year in a high quality, fine dining operation * solid experience within hotel operations * proven team leadership skills and abilities * budget management knowledge * good knowledge of food and wine
The salary on offer is circa 24k, depending on experience, with service charge of 4k - 5k annually, plus mobile phone and private health care.
