Restaurant Manager required for our client - a hotel

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the food and beverage operations within the restaurant department along with your team.

Our client is looking for a good all round back ground to include previous experience at a similar level in a fast paced environment. As Restaurant Manager you will also require good management skills, a sales and standards focus, budgeting, financial and administration skills a long with a hands on approach are also essential.

Salary for this role of Restaurant Manager is given as up to £25,000 / per annum plus a bonus scheme / live out role however temporary accommodation can be provided short term to relocate if required
