RESTAURANT MANAGER - 37KBONUS - 5 HOTEL - 3AA ROSETTE -LONDON

Working for one of London’s brightest stars you will be managing a restaurant known for its unique International style cuisine and service which is professional yet informal. With a lively atmosphere we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is open to exploring different styles of service and has their own ideas of giving the best customer experience. Serving a restaurant of 65 covers you will be leading from the front and managing an experienced floor team who are after training, guidance and enjoyment in their work.

 As Restaurant Manager you will be reporting directly into the General Manager of the hotel and take responsibility for the restaurant administration. With an understanding of GP’s, Health and Safety and staff costs we are also looking for someone to take control of the wine list so experience of food and wine matching is a must. Working 8 shifts every week this is the position for a Restaurant Manager looking for their first General Manager position within a 3AA Rosette/Michelin Restaurant.
