Restaurant & bars manager

This stunning 4 star 2 rosette hotel requires a manager to oversee the restaurant and 3 bars. Whilst some form of bar management would be advantageous, controlling the 2 rosette restaurant is the focal point of the role.

The hotel has 60+ bedrooms and enjoys incredibly busy leisure trade so the 2 rosette restaurant will regulalry serve in excess of 100 covers.

The suitable candidate will be an absolute "foodie" who can pass their passion for food and drink on to junior staff and drive standards through training and improved knowledge.  The Head Chef is producing incredibly creative, high quality cuisine so it is important the restaurant manager can provide a service to match.

It goes without saying that candidates must be immaculately presented, have a real eye for detail and a background within a fine dining environment.
