Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche retail business based in the countryside some 10 miles from Swindon to recruit an experienced Recruitment / Resourcing Partner on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with the regional operations teams, your role will expose you to developing and maintaining a network of industry and professional contacts within your field. You will be heavily involved in developing manpower planning tools and workforce planning strategies including the development of succession plans and ensuring a strong pipeline of potential employees are being delivered to the business. You will implement strategies to promote the organisation as an employer of choice as well as manage sections of the recruitment & advertising budget and programme.
We are looking for an Internal Resourcing Professional who can develop creative cost-effective recruitment solutions and materials for use at national conferences, congresses and events, ensuring legal compliance in all recruitment & selection activity. You will ensure recruiters are trained in the use of internal recruitment and selection policies & procedures and be used to developing an effective pipeline of key talent, keeping abreast of market trends as well as innovative / state of the art recruiting techniques. You will also be working closely with Line Managers to establish vacancy requirements and ensure vacancy progress whilst striving to reduce time and cost to hire.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding experience in the field of resourcing and be able to demonstrate first rate knowledge of modern resourcing tools and best practice including social media.
It is essential that your recent exposure / experience has been gained from within an Internal Resourcing capacity.
