A Birmingham based organisation are looking to recruit a Resourcing Manager / Business Partner to join them on an interim basis.
Job Description
Duties will include:-
Looking at new and innovated ways to provide strong candidate attraction.
Management of PSL
Coach & Support managers in regards to the recruitment process.
Manage, advise and design tools for interview structure / psychometric testing etc.
Produce MI
Manage and Maintain recruitment database
Manage high volume campaigns.
Person Specification
Experienced required :-
Prior experience in a similar role that has supported senior management in their recruitment & selection practices. It is desirable to be BPS (A&B) trained.
