We are working with a global retailer who operate a successful, profitable and innovative business.
Following a positive restructure within their team they have identified a need for an accomplished Resourcing Manager who will partner closely with a particular business strand in collaboration with the HR Business Partners. As the organisation is a fast paced matrix organise it is essential that someone has operated in this type of environment.
The resourcing function is very focused on a direct recruitment model , so essential that the successful candidate has experience of working and maintaining professional and commercial networks to recruit from and not limited to just managing recruitment processes.
A previous agency background would be useful coupled with solid internal recruitment experience of building relationships in a high expectation / high performance FMCG or Retail organisations.
