Resourcers

We are recruiting heavily for Resourcers for a number of Executive Search agencies based within East and West Sussex.

Our clients are well established within the IT fields and require Resourcers who either have an IT resourcing background or who have a resourcing skills within a niche sector

These roles require the successful candidates to;

• Efficiently manage the teams' current Resourcing needs against requirements received.
• Set up competent & accurate searches which generate an appropriate number of suitable candidates to enable us to hit target on requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Hit KPI targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Demonstrate an awareness of the regulatory controls affecting the industry, including a working knowledge of contract terms.

The ideal applicant must:

• Have proven success with the placement of niche candidates preferably within the IT sector
• Be enthusiastic about recruitment and with an inquisitive and creative mindset.
• Possess a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills across all mediums.
• Have strong organisational & delegation skills.
• Be able to mentor other resourcers.
• Be results orientated and strongly motivated by commission, achievement and recognition.
• Possess a high customer focus and activity based attitude.
• Be competent at problem solving, decision making and using initiative
• Be a team player & provide the flexibility required to work in a growing company.
• Have good IT skills to enable competent use of a number of systems.
• Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-B grades, including Maths and English Language. A Levels &/or degree preferred, together with evidence of a technical aptitude. Documentary evidence of qualifications may be requested.
