BASE £15,000 - £21,000 + COMMISSION + OTE

Our client is an independent Recruitment company who has been trading for over 20 years with a large team in a sociable open plan office. They can offer plenty of banter, a great team atmosphere, high staff retention, and an excellent working environment. The company deals with a variety of sectors including Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, and Media; placing both temporary and permanent IT solutions across the UK & Europe. Coming on board at an exciting time of expansion, you will be joining a fast paced team who currently deliver to some of the major players in the financial sector. 

Your role as a Resourcer will be a customer focussed & highly rewarding and you will have genuine scope to progress to consultant level- there will be warm business for you to tap into and you will be recruiting within IT sectors, both temporary & permanent business; this a great opportunity for you to excel your recruitment career.

To be considered for this role you will need -

• Previous Recruitment experience, though this is not essential
• Previous sales experience would be ideal
• To be of graduate calibre
• Strong business acumen
• Good commercial awareness
• To be highly articulate and demonstrate an appreciation for the financial markets
• Organisational skills
