Resource Planning Analyst

We are looking for an individuals to bring energy and a creative flair to the work place. To be successful in this role you will be required to devlop accurate workload forecasts and FTE requirements across all departments of the business, whilst liasing with all key stakeholders
Main duties of a Resource Planning Analyst will include: -
- Creating and proposing new forecasting and scheduling process using WFM techonology.
- Providing accurate forecasts covering timing and shrinkage assumptions thtough analysis of data
- Providing scheduling to cover holidays, training and sickness
- Ensuring work hours are covered encorporating overtime shceduling when required
- Providing real time monitoring during peak periods to ensure service levels are not affected
Salary Up to £21,000 + OTE £24,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
