My Client is looking for Residential Support Worker.
• Planning and implementing day to day procedures, routines & activities; ensuring residents have an adequate and nutritious diet.
• Ensuring the health care and other day to day needs of residents are addressed.
• Contribute to the assessment, implementation and monitoring of Care Plans.
• Undertake recording responsibilities according to requirements.
• Attending and contributing to planning and review meetings.
• Contribute to the education and development of the young people.
• To set appropriate boundaries to help young people manage their behaviour
• Whilst there is a need for differentiation of roles and levels of responsibility, for example, between staff and managers, we strongly believe in the principle that we all pull together and, as necessary, turn our hand to getting jobs done which are not normally within our remit.
• At all times, the post holder must:
• maintain positive relations with partner agencies
• conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
• Take account of the principles and provisions of children's and other relevant legislation, regulations and guidance and all relevant organisational policies and procedures
• liaise with the Home Manager to ensure adequate cover is maintained through the rota, forward planning and managing any unforeseen circumstances.
