Deposit handler - Warwick - Basic Salary £18k-£20k, OTE £22-£24k
The role will be responsible for coordinating all terminations within a busy Residential Lettings Department for 24 branches by booking checkouts and then handling the checkout paperwork through to deposit close by liaising with the Landlord and Tenant to settle dilapidations and arrears.
The ideal candidate will need very strong time management, negotiating and coordination skills. hours of work are 8,45am to 6pm Monday to Friday
