Residential Lettings Manager - Torquay

An experienced Lettings Manager is required for a new launch opportunity with Connells, this role will suit competitive, goal orientated business winners that enjoy success and know how to motivate and inspire those around them. Aspiring Senior Lettings Negotiators or Assistant Managers will also be considered for this position.

Preferably ARLA qualified or candidates willing to study for the exams

The Candidate: This role is suitable for experienced lettings professionals willing to put in hard work to achieve success and meet and exceed challenging targets. A successful track record in Lettings is essential.

• Mentoring and motivating staff within the branch
• Generating and winning new business from a cold start                                 
• Ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
• Setting targets and ensuring they are met
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
  
  

Salary :  Basic salary  £20,000 - £25,000 + OTE + car/allowance.
