Debby at P9 Recruitment is working with our client - An established leading organisation in its field of innovative social care services, to recruit an outstanding Registered Care Manager.
This is a brand new service, being set up in Central Luton, where you will have the opportunity to recruit your own team, commission your own services/home within the guidelines given and then run this new residential service.
Main Responsibilities: To drive the commissioning of services, recruitment of a staffing team and then manage this new residential service, being set up in central Luton. Working with and offering services to residents with complex and challenging learning disabilities experience of this field is absolutely essential.
Qualifications & Experience required:
RNLD qualification or NVQ4/RMA qualifications, with a STRONG background in working with complex and challenging learning disability clients. Perhaps in a hospital or residential setting.
