Resident Liaison Officer - Notting Hill, West London

Resident Liaison Officers - Notting Hill, West London. Salary - £17,000 - £24,000. This is a full time position Monday - Friday with hours from 7.30am - 4.30pm. Our client is has extensive experience of working in and around London on Education , Social Housing , Fast Track Fit Out, New Build and Refurbishment project. Due to their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit experienced Resident Liaison Officers to join their team in Notting Hill.  

Reporting to the Project Manager your duties will include:

• Liaising with tenants and construction staff regarding construction works and tenant needs to ensure a safe and secure environment and ensure access is achieved as planned in order to carry out the works.
• Providing support to the production team throughout the construction process including support during decanting and handover
• Ensure tenant satisfaction is achieved  
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with the tenants and construction team.
• Management of the apprentice project
• To deal with people issues in a positive manner
• Carrying out Surveys
• General ad hoc duties

Strong communication & customer service skills, as well as proven RLO experience are essential for this role.
