Reservations Agent

Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a self motivated Reservations Agent who enjoys working within a team environment.  This position is responsible to the Reservations Manager and involves handling all incoming calls efficiently and effectively, converting them into bookings, maximising sales and room occupancy rates as well as upselling all aspects of our 5* Hotel.

As a Reservations Agent you will have a friendly telephone manner, good customer service skills, be a strong communicator and possess good keyboard skills.  You will also provide an efficient and professional service as you will be the first point of contact with our customers - thus having an important say on our success!

This provides an opportunity for either an experienced reservations agent or for a candidate who wishes to enter the hotel industry within a sales office environment as training will be given.
