Research Analyst required for local Hertford organisation.

Reporting directly to Research Manager.
Main purpose of the role:
Analyse data from various sources, such as market research
Produce management reports
Processing data
Analyse and condence complex data
Provide reports for senior management staff
Person Specification
Must be educated at degree level or equivalent preferably in statistics, or a related subject such as maths, business studies, project management or economics.
Experience at working with national data sets and carrying out research activities, analysing results and producing reports for management staff.
Excellent communication, written and spoken skills.
Creative problem solving skills
Excellent accuracy and great attention to detail.
Good organisational, project management and time management skills
Self motivated
enthusiastic
