Report Layout Design Administrator

A unique senior administration opportunity has become available within a leading Financial Services firm.

You will be fully responsible for the creation, amendment and maintenance of the layout of the professional reports which go out prestigious clients.

The Report Layout Design Administrator will be responsible for:

• Take responsibility for layout builder functionality, identifying and promoting ways that our layouts can be improved from a client perspective
• Communicate with the business effectively and positively when changes to our layouts are planned
• Ensure the process for changes to existing layouts is signed off appropriately
• Manage relationships with external printing providers and technical experts
• Manage relationships internally with compliance and marketing departments to Work closely with internal contacts on layout changes involving wording, design, presentation and production,

Essential Requirements are:

• Report template design experience
• Strong IT skills (specifically Word, Excel, Power point and Access)
• Financial Services experience, at a senior administration level
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise internally and externally at all levels
