Renewable Energy Innovation and Technology Executive

FPSG are looking to source an Industry leader of Renewable Technology. The post holder must have credibility and vision surpassed only by their Technical expertise.

Core to the role will be the ability to direct and inspire across the business. Bringing technical know how to stakeholders, colleagues and customers. Furthermore the individual must have a commercial understanding and marry together innovation with practical realisation.

Successful candidates are likely to hold or have held a similar position in Industry and or Academia. They must be able to demonstrate:

• In-depth knowledge of Renewable Energy
• A background in Renewable Research / Development / Innovation
• A proven ability to bring commercial awareness to technical projects
• A proven ability to design, set and manage technical and functional leadership agenda's
• A track record in forming technical design and delivery teams
• An up to date knowledge of Industry trends
• A network across the Renewable sector

The role is a genuine opportunity to engage in setting the Technical Research and Innovation agenda, influencing, collaborating with and directing Industry, Academia and Government.

The post holder will have the support of a like minded executive team, with input on thought leadership, innovation, commercial influence etc. At the same time they will retain the autonomy to bring their own ideas and agenda.
