Summary

Technical Release Manager is sought by an award winning Financial Software House in Kingston Upon Thames. You will have the opportunity to own their entire Release function across multiple platforms – a greenfield approach to define and implement the necessary processes and procedures will be required. This is a senior role of significant importance to our client and is paying up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits

The Role:

As the Release Manager you will be responsible for the entire Release Function, delivering successful releases of a complex suite of financial applications on multiple platforms. The role requires liaison between business teams including Development, Quality Assurance, Support, and Infrastructure so precise communication skills are essential. A can do pragmatic attitude is required and you must be able to “fight your corner” in this complex Agile environment. This role requires a solid technical understanding and previous experience within Development.

Requirements:

- 5 Years’ + release management experience

- Experience of releasing development across multiple platforms.

- Technical background (ideally development but not essential)

- Experience of working in an Agile environment.

- Pragmatic approach
