This is a fantastic opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join a market leading company who specialise in providing high-level of expertise to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Based in Redditch and working within a successful Relationship Management team, you will maintain and manage client relationships through regular client visits, promotion of client satisfaction and effective relationship building.
Role: Relationship Manager
Salary: £20,000 - 25,000
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Building upon your previous Account or Relationship management experience, you will use your commercial awareness and natural relationship building ability to effectively manage and develop an allocated client portfolio and be responsible for ensuring: Customer Satisfaction; continued growth and new business development.
Your role will involve:
*Retaining & growing your client base
*Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities.
*Completing Account Plan Activities for each of your clients.
*Maintaining a consistent stream of communication with your clients
*Staying aware of the most recent market movements, industry updates and services available in order to be able to provide high quality information & advice to all clients.
*Maintaining, building & strengthening professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will be able to demonstrate success throughout your studies. Candidates will have benefitted from experience within a similar account or relationship management role. You will be a natural ability to interact with fellow team members and clients alike. You will be a naturally creative individual with a great eye for detail and a thorough approach to your work. You will be a strong negotiator with a natural ability to spot cross-selling opportunities.
Candidates will be required to have a car and be prepared to travel within the UK.
