Registered Nurse [Adult Health]

As a member of the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Nursing Corps, you’ll be working with a huge range of soldiers and civilians across a variety of environments, often in physically and emotionally demanding situations. You’ll also be treating health issues you’d never come across in civilian life. Wherever you work, you’ll use your expertise to help patients in a caring and compassionate way.
To join us you’ll need to hold a diploma or degree in Adult Health practice, be NMC registered [or progressing towards registration] and currently working in a critical care setting. You’ll also be physically fit and enjoy taking responsibility, helping people and working both in and outdoors.
Our training will consist of a two week residential course and various weekends to fit around your job. After a year, you’ll have all the skills you need to make a real contribution in a military environment.
