Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a qualified nurse who is interested in a change from working on the wards. You must be able to work in a call centre environment, and be up to date with all clinical skills.
My client supplies over 1200 Nurse Advisors on a full and part time basis taking calls from the public. The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive introduction to the role programme and, when competent, undertake remote clinical assessments over the telephone.
You will be supported by a computer software decision aid but still utilise your clinical knowledge and expertise in order to safely assess and support callers and patients, meeting their care needs. It is therefore necessary that you are competent in computer skills and have comprehensive listening and verbal communication skills.
In order to supplement my clients core workforce, you will be required to work at peak times, weekends, out of hours and Bank Holidays, also covering for general holidays and sickness.
