Registered Manager required on a permanent basis
- Market the service to commissioners and actively pursue admissions
- Ensure support is delivered in partnership with the people we serve ,
families and carers through real consultation and participation - Meet with teams regularly to lead and manage performance, focusing
on consistent practice standards and their impact on achieving
outcomes for everyone you serve - You will take overall responsibility for the operational management and
financial performance of a group of allocated support staff ensuring all
legislative and quality requirements are met in accordance with the company mission, vision, policies and procedures - Enhanced CRB disclosure
- You will need to have a proven track record of leading a team in a similar environment and hold or be working towards a management / professional qualification (RNMH, RNLD, CQSW, CSS, Registered Managers Awards, NVQ 4 in Management).
