Registered Manager - South Yorkshire - Salary up to £30,000

An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Professional Registered Manager in the Health and Social Care Sector.

Duties include:

• Managing the day to day running of the home
• Effectively managing staff, ensuring that their training needs are being identified and met
• Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are being followed
• Ensuring that the home is kept clean and tidy and to encourage the children to contribute to this as appropriate
• Assessing potential referrals
• Participating in staff recruitment and staff supervisions
• Ensuring that the care plan and daily record sheets are kept up to date and completed accurately

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Social Care and an NVQ 4 in Management or equivalent. You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary as well as the change for real career progression within our expanding organization.
