Job Description

Kare Plus Harrow is seeking experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurses to join our team. For over 20 years we have been delivering the highest possible standard of care and exceptional customer service through providing care and support to individuals in their homes and by supplying quality nurses and carers to the private and public sector.

Job Responsibilities

As a RGN you will ensure that care and support is delivered in accordance with the needs and wishes of the customer. Additionally you will:

• Assist in the management of medication systems and practices
• Assisting the Lead Nurse and support manager in ensuring that household rota’s are managed effectively to maintain adequate staffing levels and provide for an appropriate skill mix to meet resident’s needs
• Ensuring that appropriate records are maintained in accordance with CQC and organisation requirements
• Monitoring compliance with legislative requirements and organisation policies and procedures and taking appropriate action to correct any areas of non-compliance
• Undertake learning and development activities to maintain competence and enhance the service provided to customers

Job Requirements

We are looking for proactive RGNs with the ability to work effectively alone or in a team. You must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Additional requirements:

• 6+ months of recent nursing experience and a current NMC pin number
• Ability to meet our compliance standards, including CRB, References and Occupational Health
• Excellent interpersonal skills verbal & written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility, adaptable to changing needs
