Eximius are working with our client in Salisbury to find an experienced Registered Manager for a Children's Home.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Children's Act 2010 and be aware of the National Minimum Standards for Children's Homes.
Having worked with Challenging and Emotional Behaviour Children in a residential setting previously you will be able to demonstrate this knowledge and experience.
Qualified to QCF Level 5, ideally with RMA Level 3 you will be looking to gain a role where you will not only be responsible for running the unit, but also need a commercial awareness to manage budgets and the children's home.
Our client is know for seeking managers with a high business acumen. They are a social enterprise with integrated services.
